I prepared the dissertation to make marketing strategy for travel agency. This strategy is focused to confirm the market position on the travel market, obtain the new clients and keep the current and also increase turnover. It has to may result from the marketing strategy which customers are the most important for the agency to make right advertising plan. It has to be known the ways how to attain the target.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the description and analysis of the production and logistics system in a company PEVEKO, spol. s r.o. At first it explains the general concepts of the issue of logistics and improvement of processes, the next part it analyzes the actual situation in the company´s production. The final part contains the suggestions that could advance material flow and reduce the waste caused by redundant material or employee transfer.

The practical part analyses the present situation and proposes solutions that will lead to increase of the efficiency in work processes and improve the economic situation of an organisation.
